Refund policy

Items purchased on PoppyFinch.com may be returned to Poppy Finch for return or exchange within 15 days from when you receive your order.  Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items and in original packaging and a copy of your receipt.

For gifts – gifts are only eligible for an exchange if accompanied by the gift receipt.
