MATERIALS

Each piece is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality by highly skilled jewellers using solid 14k and 18k gold that won't tarnish.  We use recycled gold as much as possible in our production process and use ethically sourced gemstones and non-conflict diamonds, so you can feel good and look good.  

 

PEARLS

We only use top quality pearls.  Each pearl is inspected and handpicked by our dedicated team before putting in production.  Please do keep in mind that pearls are natural organic gems, and as such, no two are exactly alike.  Minor imperfections may exist, adding character and charm to your piece while maintaining the integrity of our design and overall quality.

Freshwater Cultured Pearls

Most of the pearls we use in our designs are freshwater cultured pearls sourced directly from our pearl farm partner in China.  They are available in various sizes from 3mm to 10mm, and in various shapes including oval, petal shape and round.  

Akoya Cultured Pearls

We also use Akoya cultured pearls, which are saltwater cultured pearls sourced from Japan.   They are perfectly round and come with high luster and flawless surface.   We carry sizes from 3mm to 7mm.  Other sizes are also available.

 

GEMSTONES

We only use genuine natural gemstones sourced from reputable suppliers.  Each stone will go through a thorough quality inspection before setting into a jewelry piece.

 

PRODUCT CERTIFICATE

Each of our pieces will come with a product card indicating the materials we use including the purity of the gold and the types of gemstones.  

For larger diamonds and gemstones, GIA or equivalent certificate may be available if requested.  

 

PAYMENT

Poppy Finch accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. 

All order information sent to poppyfinch.com is encrypted.  Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information.

  

CAN I REPLACE A LOST EARRING? 

Yes. If the style is in stock you may purchase a half pair.  Some styles are produced for limited time only and may not be available at the time of the request. Please email info@poppyfinch.com to inquire about earring replacement.

 

CAN I REPLACE A LOST EARRING BACK?

Yes.  If you lost an earring back, please email info@PoppyFinch.com with the earring style and color of the earring back.  We will send you a replacement.  Replacement cost for earring back ranges from $15-$30 depending on the backing model. 

 

PACKAGING 

Each order arrives in our pink Poppy Finch jewelry box and velvet pouch.  

 

SPECIAL & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Some styles can be personalized or altered, e.g. change stone options or adding engraving.  Please email info@poppyfinch.com if you have any specific requests, and we will get back to you on what we can do for you.  All special orders and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

 

BRACELET LENGTH

Our bracelet comes in the standard 7" length.  If you need a shorter or longer length, we can make it fit to your wrist.  To make the bracelet shorter than 7", there is no additional cost.  To add extra length or extension, there may be a small cost depending on the type of bracelet.  To inquire, please email info@poppyfinch.com.   

Please note that bracelet with custom length adjustment is a final sale. 

 

ENGRAVING SERVICE

Poppy Finch offers a customized hand engraving service for a selection of our fine designer jewelry where allowed by the design.  Please make sure to put your engraving specification in the comments section, or contact us at info@poppyfinch.com.  All engraved items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

SALES TAX

Poppy Finch charges Sales Tax for any orders shipped to an address in Canada.  All orders shipped to the USA and overseas are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges, based on the declared value of international orders, are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to Canada.

SHOWROOM 

At this time, Poppy Finch does not have a public showroom, but our returns service allows you to try on pieces and ship them back if you are not satisfied for any reason.
