Please email us at info@poppyfinch.com to initiate your return or exchange and we will send you a shipping label. CAD$20 shipping charge for exchange and return from Canada. US$20 for exchange and return from the US. At the time, we cannot offer international returns outside of US and Canada.
We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than items purchased directly from our website.
